1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Episode Rush mobile application and related promotional website (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Services.
2. The service and availability
Episode Rush provides access to a catalog of comics through a mobile reading interface. The first two episodes of each available series are currently free to read. Later episodes may be displayed as Coming Soon, meaning they are not yet released or accessible. The app is currently completely free: we do not offer paid subscriptions, purchases, or paid episode unlocks.
Catalog entries, episode availability, release plans, app features, and the Services themselves may change over time. A Coming Soon label does not guarantee a publication date.
3. Optional accounts
You may read the currently available episodes without registering. If you create an account, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account. You must not impersonate another person or misuse an account.
Registration does not currently unlock additional episodes or privileges. We may introduce some registered-reader content in the future, with updated information in the app. Account holders must be able to initiate account deletion within the app, as explained on our Account Deletion page.
4. Your permission to read
Subject to these Terms, Episode Rush grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable permission to use the Services and view content made available for reading through the app. This permission does not transfer ownership of any comics, images, text, branding, or software.
5. Intellectual property
Comics, illustrations, episode layouts, logos, product design, and other material are owned by Episode Rush or their respective rights holders and licensors. Unless expressly permitted, you may not copy, extract, distribute, upload, sell, sublicense, or publicly repost the content, nor remove ownership notices.

6. Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with app security or availability; bypass access controls; scrape or systematically download content; introduce malicious code; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; abuse support channels; or use the Services in violation of applicable law.
7. Changes, interruptions, and termination
We may update content, correct errors, modify features, or discontinue parts of the Services. We may restrict access if necessary to address security problems, legal obligations, or material misuse of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time; registered users may request deletion of their account.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent allowed by law. We aim to keep reading reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every feature or episode will be available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the Services. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
9. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are interpreted subject to the laws that apply to the Services and to you. Mandatory consumer, privacy, and other legal protections remain unaffected. If there is a dispute, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally.
10. Updates and contact
We may revise these Terms as the Services evolve. The effective date is shown above; continued use following a valid update may be subject to the revised Terms where allowed by law.
