1. Who we are
Episode Rush (“Episode Rush,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a mobile application for reading comics. This Privacy Policy covers the Episode Rush mobile app and this promotional website (together, the “Services”). For questions about privacy, contact [email protected]. We want you to know what information is involved when you read comics, track your progress, contact support, or choose to register.
2. Information we process
Information you choose to provide
- Optional account data: an email address and account identifier when you register. If you use Apple or Google sign-in, we may receive information made available by that provider, such as an account-specific identifier and email address, subject to your provider settings.
- Support messages: your email address and any information you include in a support request.
Information generated by your use
- Reading progress: comic and episode progress and associated reading activity needed to resume reading.
- Technical and security records: information such as IP address, device and app version, basic connection data, and error or diagnostic events when necessary to operate, troubleshoot, or protect the Services. Some of these records may be processed by hosting or authentication providers.
We do not ask you to create an account to access the currently available free episodes. Please do not submit sensitive personal information in support messages.
3. How we use information
- To provide comic reading, display available episodes, and remember your reading progress.
- To create, authenticate, secure, and administer an optional account.
- To respond to support requests, investigate bugs, and maintain the quality and safety of the Services.
- To detect abuse, comply with applicable law, and protect our legal rights.
We do not currently offer advertising personalization, in-app purchases, or subscriptions as part of Episode Rush. Registration does not unlock additional reading content today. If future registered-reader features materially change how personal data is used, this notice will be updated.
4. Legal bases, where applicable
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we process information to provide requested services and account functionality, to pursue legitimate interests in security and support where these are not overridden by your rights, to meet legal duties, or with consent when required. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
5. When information is shared
Information may be handled by service providers that help us host, authenticate, secure, and maintain Episode Rush. If you select Apple or Google sign-in, that provider also processes information according to its own privacy terms. We may disclose data where legally required, to protect against fraud or abuse, or in connection with a lawful business reorganization subject to appropriate protections.
We do not sell personal information or share reading history for third-party targeted advertising.
6. How long information is kept
Account and reading-progress information are kept for as long as needed to operate the related features, subject to your deletion request and applicable legal requirements. Support communications and technical records are kept only as reasonably necessary for support, security, compliance, or dispute resolution. Some data may remain temporarily in protected backups or be retained where required by law.
We do not publish a fixed deletion timetable here because the timing can depend on the record and applicable obligations. Contact us for details about a specific request.
7. Your privacy choices
Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may ask to access, correct, export, restrict, object to processing of, or delete personal information we hold about you.
Write to [email protected] and describe your request. We may verify that you control the account before disclosing or deleting account information. You can also read the Account Deletion page. If a regulator is responsible for data protection in your region, you may be entitled to lodge a complaint with that authority.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information. No online transmission or system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support promptly.
9. International processing
Our infrastructure and service providers may process data in jurisdictions other than your own. Where applicable, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms or safeguards for international transfers.
10. Children and content
Episode Rush is a comic-reading service whose stories may include themes such as action, conflict, mystery, or suspense. Parents and guardians should review the app’s age rating and individual story descriptions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where such collection would be prohibited by law. If you believe a child’s information has been collected improperly, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

11. Website and cookies
This promotional website does not currently use advertising pixels, web analytics, or cookies set by our own scripts. Your hosting provider may process routine connection or security logs when delivering the pages. See our Cookie Policy for more information.
12. Updates and contact
We may revise this Privacy Policy if the Services, laws, or processing practices change. The “Last updated” date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate.
