1. License to the app
Episode Rush (the “Licensed Application”) is licensed, not sold, to you. Subject to these terms, the developer grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, as allowed by the relevant app store’s usage rules. You may use the app for personal, noncommercial comic reading.
2. Restrictions
You must not redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or build derivative versions of the app except as permitted by mandatory law. The license does not give you ownership of the comic content, artwork, software, trademarks, or other intellectual property displayed through the app.
3. Free access and episode availability
The app currently has no purchase price, subscription, or paid episode unlocks. The first two episodes of available comics can be read without payment. Later episodes may display Coming Soon until released. An optional account does not grant extra access at present.
4. Maintenance and support
Episode Rush is responsible for its own app maintenance and support to the extent applicable. For assistance, email [email protected]. The store through which you download the app, including Apple, does not undertake to provide support services for Episode Rush.
5. Information and account choices
The app may process optional account information, reading progress, technical data, and support requests as explained in the Privacy Policy. For details about requesting deletion of an optional account, see Account Deletion.
6. Warranty and responsibility
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. The developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to Episode Rush, including product liability, alleged legal noncompliance, consumer protection claims, and third-party intellectual property claims, to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded by applicable law.
Nothing in this EULA limits mandatory warranties or statutory rights that cannot be waived.
7. Third-party terms and store beneficiaries
Use of the app may also be subject to terms of the distribution platform and, if you choose external login, the authentication provider. You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app. For copies obtained through Apple’s App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you once you accept it, as permitted by the relevant Apple terms.
8. Termination and changes
The license ends if you materially violate these EULA terms, subject to any notice or cure period required by law. You may stop using the app by uninstalling it; if you have an account, you may also choose to delete that account. Future revisions will be identified by an updated date and presented when legally necessary.

These EULA terms should be read alongside the Terms of Use. If mandatory app-store conditions apply, they remain in effect.
