1. Before you delete
You do not need an Episode Rush account to read the currently available free episodes. Creating one is optional. If you delete your account, any reading progress stored specifically with that account may no longer be recoverable. Reading information kept locally on your device may require clearing the app’s data separately.
2. Delete your account in the app
Account deletion must be initiated inside Episode Rush. In the version you use, open the account or settings area and choose the account-deletion control, then follow the confirmation instructions shown there. The exact location or wording may vary by version.
Important: Account deletion should remove your entire account and the personal data associated with it, except information the developer must retain by law. Temporarily signing out or disabling an account is not the same as deletion.
3. If you cannot access your account
If you are locked out or cannot find the deletion option, contact us at [email protected] and explain the issue. We may need to verify your account ownership before providing account-specific assistance. A support email is an additional help route, not a substitute for the in-app account deletion control.
4. Data affected by deletion
- Account: account identifiers and associated profile/login records.
- Reading history: progress or saved reading data linked to that account.
- Exceptions: records that must be retained for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes, and data present temporarily in routine backups.
We will explain any applicable retention exception in response to a specific request. Deleting an account does not necessarily remove local data stored on a device unless that device’s app storage is also cleared.
